 Using the Post Office in South Korea

  

 When sending or receiving packages in South Korea using English language for addresses is acceptable. Be careful to wright the the address properly and clearly as it differs from how it is done in the west.

 Sending and receiving packages and letters in South Korea as well as sending items home is efficient, cheap and reliable.  Post offices are located throughout all cities and towns in South Korea. The cost of sending packages within in Korea is relatively cheap. At most post offices there will be a area where you can get assistance in packaging and addressing your items for a small fee.  Sending items home for family, friends, or yourself is simple and efficient. The post office will help you address and label everything properly for customs declaration. Also, once you have posted you items you will be given a tracking number which you can use to log into the English language Post Office site and check on the status of your package every step of the way all the way to final delivery.
