1.8M to 2.7M Only in Seoul, 2.0M to 2.5M Suburb of Seoul, 1.8M to 2.7M Other than Seoul and Suburb of Seoul, along with this an ESL/TEFL teacher will get Rural Allowance, Housing Allowance, Settlement Allowance, Airfare etc.

Income tax exemption for Government Public school ESL/TEFL Teachers

ESL Teachers are not required to pay income taxes for first two years according to "Double Taxation Exemption Agreement" .

Teachers must provide a statement called "Residency Certificate" but unfortunately Canadian and Irish people can't apply for this income tax exemption. Read more

Working Hours:

Your working hours will be 8:30AM to 4:30PM.You will be required to teach up to 22 hours.

Required qualifications:

• BA and MA Diploma (notarized copy only)
• Two Official Sealed Transcript (BA and MA)
• A clear copy of Passport (Photo page only)
• Criminal Record (Photo page only) Notarized (Apostilled) criminal background check. Criminal record check only valid 6 month after it is issued.
• Two reference (recommendation) letters
• Teaching Certification or Language Certificate (TESOL or CELTA)
• Three Copies of Contract
• Letter of full-time teaching experience proof.
